Aftermarket Deep Sea DSE705 Electronics Controller Module Auto Transfer Switch Generator
Replace part number: DSE705
Introduction:
The DSE 705 is an automatic transfer switch control module designed to monitor the power supply. When the utility power is interrupted, the module sends a start request to the generator controller. When the generator is running, the module transfers the load. When the utility power returns
the module transfers the load back and removes the start command. The generator should then begin its shutdown procedure. The module can be configured to follow the user's preset start and stop sequences.
Features:
Automatic monitoring of the power grid
Load shifting control
Manual start
Protected Solid State (PSS) outputs
Front panel mounting
Programming the front panel
LED indicators
Configurable timers
Configurable outputs
Single/three-phase mains sensing
Advantages:
Transfers between grid and generator power
On-site module configuration to match user requirements
Operation:
The module is operated by the three push buttons on the front:
Manual Unload – This is used to manually start and run the engine without load. Should the power supply fail, the load will automatically be transferred to the generator.
Manual when charging -
This mode is used to manually start and run the engine with a load.
Auto Mode – This puts the module in automatic mode, where it waits for a power outage. Upon detection
it will send a start request to the generator control unit.
